ExecMaster

ExecMaster enables you to run actions using the keyboard in a totally transparent approach; actions like opening of an application or a web site or pasting a string to the foreground window.

First allows you to set shortcuts, the shortcuts lead to actions like execution of a program, echo a string to the foreground window (paste text), open a web site. Also the registered edition supports scripts and plugins. The scripts allow additional actions like send a key to foreground window and pause for a specified time.
