If you press and hold SHIFT while you click the relevant explorer menu then a dialog will appear that allows you to set the options that it'll use while copying the filenames. Options like:

Add the file size.
Choose the file separator if you copy more than one files. Like new line or space or TAB.
Add the full path instead of just the filename.
If full path added then option to use the default back-slash or double back-slashes or forward slash.
Option to quote the filenames; either in single or double quotes.
Add the file date.
